FASTEK Osmonics Membrane

I’m trying to replace a filter with the following printed on the outside:
FASTEK MEMBRANES
MODEL TLC-18
S1312-18S
S/N 8436 – 8905

The Osmonics TFM-18 (TLC-15) is same as TLC-18.
Just a different label.

It’s a standard size RO Membrane

Dimensions (inches):
Fastek MembraneTFM-18 -
A 1.50 – B 11.75 – C 10.00 – D 0.875 – E 0.678 (1 inch = 25.4 mm)

NOTE: The original Fastek S1312-18S TLC-18 came with a SEALED membrane housing.
If the membrane (housing) you have is sealed, a NEW Membrane WITH housing is needed. Select Model TLC-15MOD-G

How the Membrane System Works

The spiral membrane is constructed of one or more membrane envelopes wound around a perforated central tube. The permeate passes through the membrane into the envelope and spirals inward to the central tube for collection.

    Thank you very much. I have been looking for information on this filter. I was just about to the point of replacing my whole system since I was having trouble finding replacement information.
